These kind of cases don’t happen all that often. In fact, the most similar case I can think of is Don King going after an American Legion for showing the Roy Jones Jr. vs. Felix Trinidad PPV. That case was settled for $40,000 and I’d be shocked if this case wasn’t settled for far below the $640,000.
