Pac-10 Hits New Low: Oregon State Falls To An Emerald City School (Not UW)
↵Unfortunately, the young season hasn’t been a great one for the conference, thanks to a terrible television contract and, more worryingly, an inability to win non-conference games.
↵That second issue reared its ugly head again Wednesday night in Corvallis.
↵Oregon State, who a certain person picked in his preseason bracket, fell to Seattle, who’s not even a full-fledged Division I member. And this was not a close game, people. The Redhawks (formerly the Chieftains, back when Elgin Baylor played there) simply embarassed Craig Robinson’s team, 99-48.
↵That’s a 51-point home loss for those of you who are math challenged. And yes, if you clicked the link, Seattle’s name doesn’t even show up on our recap, since they’re still a transitional school.
↵If you want to read more about this one, you could head over to our Beaver blog, Building The Dam, but I recommend that you’re on your best behavior, as they can’t be happy at the moment.
