Jumping into the auto industry a few years ago probably wasn’t the best time to do it, but that’s where ex-Saints running back Deuce McAllister found himself. At least for a while, things were going well, as his ad tells you:↵

Deuce McAllister Uses His Own Ignorance as Defense Against Nissan
↵
↵But things went south at some point. Court documents back in March showed McAllister owed $6.6 to Nissan and he had to file for bankruptcy protection. Then just a month later, Nissan came and took about 20 cars and trucks from his dealership.↵↵Evidently his attempt to find investors to help the dealership didn’t work out, because now McAllister has filed a countersuit against Nissan. What’s the claim? He says Nissan “failed to help his struggling Mississippi dealership succeed,” according to the AP.↵
↵↵⇥ His attorneys have filed a countersuit against Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp., claiming it knew McAllister was a football player who was inexperienced in the car business.↵↵↵This is the American dream: I have no idea what I’m doing, but I blame you.↵
