↵And where cynics may point out that Johnson’s Titans were 0-2 against the Colts, it’s also worth noting that the Colts had a much better team. It all comes down to what the award means to you.
↵If you look at it as an award for the most valuable player on a great team... Then fine. It’s either Peyton Manning or Phillip Rivers. But was anyone more valuable than Chris Johnson? Can you imagine the Titans without him? Would they have even won four games? Three?
↵And MVP or not, he’s the most outstandingest outstanding player in the league.

↵UPDATE: It seems we’ve disturbed a hornets nest of grumpy Colts fans, who have stormed the comments to defend Peyton Manning’s legacy. A legacy, mind you, that nobody ever questioned. In addition to calling this article “retarded,” the Colts fans have called Chris Johnson a “loser” and me, “a joke.” GO COLTS!
