Jets Blog: What Was Up With NBC’s Broadcast?
If you watched NBC’s broadcast of Saturday’s Jets-Bengals game, you probably noticed plenty of quirks, errors, and mishaps. To take one example, Joe Gibbs, who was offering color commentary in the booth, didn’t seem to know when to stop talking -- at one point, the broadcast faded to commercial break as Gibbs warbled some sort of half-laughing, half-stuttering utterance.
