In an interview with John Wawrow of the Associated Press, Buffalo Bills owner Ralph Wilson said the team's top priority is going to be drafting a quarterback in 2011.
Buffalo Bills owner wants a QB in NFL Draft

Calling his team “bad,” Wilson is dispatching general manager Buddy Nix out for two weeks to scout quarterbacks. It’s not rare for a general manager to attend games. It is rare, however, for a team publicly announce that it’s happening.
The crop of quarterbacks that Nix will likely target is Andrew Luck of Stanford, Jake Locker of Washington, Christian Ponder of Florida State and Ryan Mallett of Arkansas.
Buffalo's current starting quarterback is Ryan Fitzpatrick. The team released opening day starter Trent Edwards earlier this season. The Bills are one of three teams in the NFL without a win, along with Carolina and San Francisco.
