Is Christian Ponder a first-round pick?

In a close win against Boston College today, Florida State's Christian Ponder had several questionable throws. Three of them went for interceptions as he completed 19 of 31 passes for 170 yards.

Ponder’s passes lacked zip and at times wobbled. To Ponder’s credit, the blocking in front of him wasn’t always sound. Ponder made multiple throws on the move and was pressured throughout the game.

However, one game does not make a prospect. So I open it up to you readers. Lets assume that Stanford's Andrew Luck and Arkansas' Ryan Mallett enter the draft – which is likely. Is Christian Ponder a first-round pick? If he's not, leave a comment saying where you think he should go.
