USC Player: ‘Oregon Isn’t That Good.’ In Other News, Jurrell Casey Hates Math.

The Oregon Ducks are averaging 55 points a game through seven games. LaMichael James leads the nation with 161 rushing yards a game, the Ducks have destroyed opponents big and small, at home and on the road, and appear headed for lofty postseason accomplishments including a possible BCS title shot if they continue this torrid pace. this is called evidence, and enough of it points to a correlation between "Oregon" and "being really good."

↵Scientific method, schmientific method, says USC tackle Durrell Casey.

↵↵“They have a good running back and a good quarterback. Other than that, they’re really not that good,” Casey said.

↵↵

This is the same Oregon team that last year beat USC 47-20 and outgained them by a margin of 613-327, but you take your numbers and make some math salad with 'em, perfesser. What's in math salad? Um, some numbers, and probably some arugula, because numbers are probably pretty sweet, and you'll have to have some bitter to balance that out. That's right: Jurrell Casey may not know science, but he knows his balanced flavors and likes to keep them that way.
