NFL Draft 2011 rankings: Inside the top 50 with Christian Ponder and Michael Floyd

Throughout the day, we’re releasing our 2011 NFL Draft rankings in batches of 25. After the jump find 50-26.

Spotlight on: Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame
It’s been a tough season for Michael Floyd. On the surface, he’s fine with 28 receptions for 408 yards and two touchdowns in five games. But Floyd should no longer be mentioned in the same breath with A.J. Green, Julio Jones and Jonathan Baldwin. Floyd has shown suspect hands this season, dropping several catchable passes. He’s also had fumble issues in the end zone. Floyd has also never been considered as an excellent route runner either. Still, he’s a physical marvel with potential. It’s hard not to have him ranked this high.
