According to The Guardian, Carlos Tévez has been given permission to extend his stay in Argentina, though the scenario is starting to look like a smoke-fire situation. The Manchester City captain missed this weekend's loss at Wolverhampton Wanderers after being granted leave to address what manager Roberto Mancini termed as "personal issues."
