Floyd Mayweather Arrested In Las Vegas For Connection With Assault

Floyd Mayweather has been arrested in Las Vegas, according to CNN. The Clark County Detention Center told CNN the arrest is in connection with an alleged assault of a security guard.

Mayweather is currently the first, or second, best pound-for-pound boxer in the world, depending on which rankings are being used. He last fought in May, when he defeated Shane Mosley in a unanimous decision. Since that fight, most news around Mayweather has been with regards to a potential fight with Manny Pacquiao, which has not be able to come together. Mayweather indicated recently that he has no desire to fight anyone anytime soon.
