Simon Gagne scored at 3:27 of overtime to lead the Flyers to a 3-2 victory Wednesday night before an announced crowd of 5,580 in New Jersey.
Philadelphia (30-25-3) also rallied from a 2-0 deficit to win 3-2 when the teams faced off Monday in Philadelphia.
Playing without leading-scorer Zach Parise, the Devils started strong, scoring 45 second into game on a goal by Travis Zajac.
New Jersey (36-20-3) made it 2-0 at 8:01 on Rob Niedermeyer’s seventh goal of the season, but the Flyers struck back 32 seconds later on a goal by Aaron Ashram.
Jeff Carter scored his 24th goal of the season to tie the score at 2-2 at 13:47 of the third period.
In overtime, Gagne had chances on a wraparound and a shot in close before beating Martin Brodeur with a shot from between the circles to give the Flyers a sweep of the home-and-home series.
