Fans of California are breathing a lot easier this morning after highly touted DB prospect Keenan Allen reportedly signed with Jeff Tedford this morning. Both The Sporting Blog and SB Nation’s California Golden Blogs are reporting that Allen signed his Letter Of Intent this morning, ending the swirling rumors that Allen was still open to other schools.
