Michael Tunsion and I spent a good chunk of early Friday afternoon on a boat with Reebok at the Fort Lauderdale Marina getting a training demonstration to promote their new Zigtech training shoes. (I’ve got a highlight video from that workout I’ll toss up on FirstCuts at some point.) Afterward, the wonderful PR folks at Reebok set up one-on-one time with all of the athletes at the event.
