It’s becoming a theme down here in South Florida. When we ask someone for a Super Bowl pick, they’re picking for one of two reasons. They’re either picking the Saints because they’re a “better story,” or they’re picking the conference they come from. Such is the case with Miles Austin, who we caught up with at Madden Bowl on Thursday.

For the record, Austin was the first player bounced from the Madden Bowl, but not because he lost his game. He was actually leading 10-7 when the power went out on his TV. In the interest of speeding things up, Austin went against Santonio Holmes in paper, rock, scissors … and lost.
