Ansell Protective Products and Menards Extend ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards Program

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (February 6, 2010) - Ansell Protective Products and Menards have announced that they will continue their relationship in the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards. After seeking creative ways to promote their brands and find a return on their investment, Ansell and Menards were happy with their business-to-business venture in the 2009 season and have agreed to extend their partnership through the 2012 season. This program will be comprehensive and multi-level within the series and include race sponsorships, at-track hospitality opportunities, in-market promotions, special award sponsorship, series involvement, and support of the ARCA television broadcast package, all anchored by a business-to-business relationship.

Within the program, Ansell Protective Products and Menards will be co-primary sponsors for the No. 44 Ansell/Menards Ford Fusion in the ARCA Racing Series Presented by RE/MAX and Menards. Frank Kimmel, nine-time ARCA champion, will return to the drivers' seat aiming to win five more races and break the series all-time win record, as well as add another championship to his record of nine championships. "In today's economic times, to pick up a sponsor last year, I felt like I was winning a championship," said Kimmel. "Then to come back this year with the same color, same names and sign for a three year deal, we all know how important that is for any driver, in any series. We, at Kimmel Racing, are very privileged that we can carry their names, and hopefully, we will bring them to victory lane this year."

To round out their comprehensive program, Ansell and Menards will utilize hospitality opportunities and develop marketing platforms with in-market and at-track promotions. They will continue their series involvement as the Official Glove and Official Home Improvement Store for the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards and title ARCA qualifying, which will continue as the Menards Pole Award Presented by Ansell.

Throughout the 2009 season, Ansell Protective Products, new to motorsports, saw the many possibilities that a program in racing can bring and are looking forward to expanding on the footprint they made in 2009. "We are excited to extend our partnership with ARCA, Menards and Frank. We are proud to be the sponsor of No. 44 Ansell/Menards Ford Fusion for the 2010-2012 seasons," said Steve York, Director of Channel Development for Ansell. "Frank is the kind of driver and person we are proud to have represent our brand. We are excited for the possibility to be on the car as Frank breaks all of ARCA's records."
