Steve Downie Precedes His Reputation Again With A Slewfoot On Sidney Crosby

On a day that has had its fair share of questionable hits, Steve Downie lays a fairly blatant slewfoot on Sidney Crosby during Sunday’s Pittsburgh Penguins-Tampa Bay Lightning game. Here is video of the hit:

↵Downie received a two minute roughing minor for the hit and is currently still in the game. Crosby left for a while but has also returned to the game as well.
