David Stremme Returns To Cup; Can We Blame Him?

According to the Sprint Cup entry list released by NASCAR this morning, David Stremme is in the No. 26 car this week at Bristol.

↵That means the popular Twitter game #blamestremme will return – at least for a week.

↵If you’re not familiar with NASCAR’s version of the blame game, fans on Twitter began putting a #blamestremme hash tag last season and used it whenever Stremme was involved in a wreck (a number which turned out to be the all-time highest as measured by the USA Today crash database).

↵The #blamestremme tag also extended to other areas. Just today, fans on Twitter said they were blaming Stremme for airborne cars and for the Carl Edwards/Brad Keselowski feud.
