If you’re not following soccer abroad, that’s all right; most people don’t. You’re missing one hell of a show from Lionel Messi, however; the Argentinian striker has been tearing up Spain’s La Liga for FC Barcelona this season. He just scored three goals in a single game today as his squad took down Real Zaragoza, in fact. One goal, however, stands out.

↵Messi’s performance today gives him a surreal eight goals over the last three matches. Watching him at the World Cup this summer will be a treat--so long as he stays healthy. In related news, Argentina has just appealed to FC Barca to wrap Messi in bubble wrap and put him in storage for the next 12 weeks. Can’t be too careful.
