Boston Bruins Sign Andrew Ference To 3-Year, $6.75 Million Contract Extension

Defenseman Andrew Ference has signed a three-year contract extension with the Boston Bruins in which he will earn $2.25 million per year. The veteran is in the midst of the final year of a three-year deal with the Bruins and would have become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season

Ference has missed 22 games this season with groin-related injuries and has eight assists in 50 games with Boston.
