TCU coach Gary Patterson does hike his pants up quite a bit. It’s his little tic, like Nomar Garciaparra’s twisting of his wristbands, or Rafa Nadal picking the underwear out of his butt. It’s also the dark time of the college football offseason, a time reducing bored fans to drastic measures to stay occupied.

↵If you’re making life-sized cutouts of your coach and then rigging them to make their pants jiggle up and down, you’ve hit the “Space Madness” portion of the programming, sports-wise. Hide all sharp objects; remove all belts and shoelaces from these people’s clothes.
