↵The funniest thing about this new Nike advertisement is that most fans wouldn’t even know it’s for Duke. Because last time I checked, uh, a pitchfork isn’t part of their logo. Duke fetishists would understand, of course, because they’re the only people conceited enough to think that this year’s championship restored some sort of cosmic order.
↵In fact, that’s the only reason anyone would recognize this as a Duke ad. You don’t even need to recognize the pitchfork to understand. Only Duke would sign off on an ad like this, as if they’ve been the rightful kings of the basketball universe all along. And you know what? In a way, the ad’s right on the money.

↵Duke’s smug sense of entitlement is BACK, baby! And order HAS been restored.
