Following handing over his UFC lightweight title belt to new champion Frankie Edgar at UFC 112 this past weekend, former champ B.J. Penn embarked on a press tour for the release of his new book entitled “Why I Fight.”

↵Part of that tour of course included New York City and the various media outlets that call the “Big Apple” home. And while visiting “Fox and Friends,” Penn was asked to show one of the hosts what he would do if the two were in a fight.
