The Phoenix Coyotes took control of their series against the Red Wings with their 4-2 win in Game Three. Our Phoenix site, Five For Howling, feels that the Coyotes control of play was the major reason that Phoenix won the game:

I said earlier , heck everyone said it, that the Coyotes needed to get back to their style of play and dictate how this game was going to be played. They did it right off the bat and while there was a time that the Coyotes let Detroit pile on the shots, they never controlled the game in really any way.
Whether the Coyotes can continue this type of play in Game Four is yet to be seen. Should be an entertaining game on Tuesday though.
