No Charges To Be Filed Against Tito Ortiz Following Domestic Abuse Arrest

Details continue to roll in on the situation involving Tito Ortiz being arrested for domestic violence against girlfriend Jenna Jameson. When contacted for comment UFC president Dana White told TMZ that it is possible that Ortiz will be released by the UFC depending on the way the case goes. Word also came out that Ortiz was being held on $25,000 bail although Josh Gross recently tweeted that Ortiz has been released, one assumes the bail was paid.

Also in this video from TMZ Jenna says that she has a restraining order and is kicking Tito out for “lashing out” at her:
