NFL Mock Draft, Pick 39: Raiders Select Bruce Campbell, OT Maryland

After selecting Bryan Bulaga with the eighth pick, I was really surprised by this choice. Both come with a lot of risk - particularly Campbell. Although he fits the Oakland mold perfectly, the Raiders have way too many needs to go with offensive tackles with their first two picks.
He’s a Raider that’s for sure. Campbell has the physical build to be a great left tackle but, according to various reports, it just doesn’t translate to the NFL game. It’s one thing to have a NFL body, it’s quite another to be a productive NFL player. While I think this will be the pick if he’s available, I don’t think it’s a great pick.
