Chipper Jones Day-to-Day After Leaving Game With Sore Right Side

The Braves' Chipper Jones is listed day-to-day after leaving Thursday's game against the Chicago Cubs with a sore right side:

Jones appeared to have discomfort when taking a swing in the third inning. Jones drew a walk from Chicago's Randy Wells and was forced out at third later in the inning.

Omar Infante replaced Jones to start the fourth inning.

The injury comes a day after Jones’ hit a walkoff home run to beat the Cubs on Wednesday.
