Hello Neighbor! You Can Own Donovan McNabb’s House For 2.5 Million Bucks

↵With Donovan McNabb no longer a part of the Philadelphia Eagles, there’s really no need for the quarterback to still keep an enormous house in the area. Courtesy of Michael Klein of Philly.com’s The Insider, comes the news that McNabb’s McMansion is up for sale.↵

↵↵⇥The D.C.-bound Donovan McNabbs have put their Moorestown house on the market.↵⇥↵⇥The former Eagle is asking $2.5 million for the 4-BR, 4-BA Colonial with 4,730 square feet of living space on 10.83 acres.↵⇥

↵↵

↵
↵Look, I’ve lived in the area most of my life and I’m shocked to see that 10.83 acres in Moorestown – albeit the middle of nowhere side of the town – can go for as little as 2.5 million bucks. Someone could turn half that into a Jersey cornfield, take the scenic pond and convert that into a cranberry bog and make a mint off the land alone, never mind the fact that the house is state-of-the-art and features a three-car garage, finished basement and separate structure with an indoor swimming pool.↵

↵So, without further ado, the following domicile could be yours if the price is right.↵↵

↵

↵↵

↵↵Remember this picture from 2008 of McNabb tickling the ivories of his white baby grand? (H/T Bounty Bowl). Well those could be your ivories he was tickling.↵

↵

↵↵

↵

↵Hey, I have a swingset in my yard with railroad ties and playground mulch. And we have the same slide! And clubhouse! He's just like any of us. Wait, he has a tire swing? Elitist.↵

↵

↵↵

↵↵First question for the realtor: how motivated are the McNabbs to sell? Motivated enough to stock every cabinet with Chunky Soup?↵

↵

↵↵

↵↵Okay a separate house for your lap pool? That’s just cool.↵

↵↵Click the full listing for more images. If you decide to put an offer in, let me know and I can show you around town. Well, let’s be honest, I don’t spend too much time on the 10.83 acre side of town, but I can at least point you to a couple of nice restaurants. And remember, the current owners are motivated to sell. They can’t get the heck out of this area soon enough.↵
