ESPN’s Passion For The World Cup

There’s no football being thrown through a tire swing (or soccer ball being kicked through a hoop), but the song choice makes up for the lack of heavy-handed imagery.

Did I say lack of heavy-handed imagery? The “World Cup” is clearly a new fertility drug being released on June 11.

And if that’s all it is, they could have gotten this song for cheaper (and it’s just as subtle):

Not that ESPN has ever averted U2 anachronism.
