There is one thing we know about Santana Moss and the link between himself and a doctor that reportedly provided HGH to clients:

He has not tested positive.
Some have drawn conclusions from that to mean he won’t be suspended.
That’s not necessarily the case. The Washington Post brings up a name that should be remembered in this case.
Remember Rodney Harrison? He was suspended in 2007 for using HGH. In that case, Harrison admitted his use to Commissioner Roger Goodell.
The NFL is looking into the situation with this doctor and HGH but they won’t have to wait for the law to get involved, the Post writes.
Because Moss is not charged with any sort of crime, the NFL likely won’t feel the need to wait until the case has reached resolution before making its own decisions about any players who appear to have received banned substances from Galea.
