Down On The Farm: Jason Grey’s Updated Top 10 Prospects For 2010

ESPN's Jason Grey updated his Top 10 fantasy prospects for the remainder of 2010, and there weren't any surprises, but here is his list:

1. Stephen Strasburg

2. Carlos Santana

3. Michael Stanton

4. Buster Posey

5. Desmond Jennings

6. Brett Wallace

7. Jeremy Hellickson

8. Dan Hudson

9. Jake Arrieta

10. Aroldis Chapman

Here is what he had to write about Jennings:

Jennings was out from April 23-May 7 because of a shoulder injury but has 11 steals in 26 games despite going through a mini-slump of late. He has the chance to be a right-handed version of Carl Crawford. That's if he can stay on the field; he has a lengthy injury history. He could be an option in right field for the Rays, or in center if B.J. Upton continues to struggle.

Could the Rays look to send Upton back to AAA?

His honorable mentions included Madison Bumgarner and Pedro Alvarez. He mentioned that Alvarez still needs work hitting against lefties and hitting breaking balls.
