Shockey Will Rejoin Saints Next Week After Being Hospitalized
Jason La Canfora of NFL Network reports Shockey has told team officials he has been released from the hospital and plans to rejoin the team next week.
There’s still no word on exactly what was the cause of the “seizure-like” symptoms that caused the hospitalization. Last year around this time he was hospitalized for what was reportedly dehydration.
