David Huff Completely Fine After Liner To The Head

On Saturday, Indians starter David Huff took a line drive to the side of the head and had to get carted off the field. On Monday, he threw a bullpen.

David Huff was back on the mound Monday morning, less than 48 hours after an Alex Rodriguez line drive struck the left-hander in the head and sent him to the hospital.

Huff didn’t suffer damage of any significance, and seems in line to make his next scheduled start on Thursday. As such, David Huff is perhaps the luckiest player in baseball.
