On the surface, it seems like a wise move for the Rams. They deal from a position of strength, OT, and get a former first round pick whose still young enough to develop into a useful role. Worst case scenario: the Rams get a situational nickel linebacker to help them with tight ends.
TST also points out that the Rams coaches have had success with linebackers as of late pointing to David Vobora as an example.
