The ESPN broadcast has noted that Gianliugi Buffon, substituted out of Italy’s match with Paraguay at halftime, is suffering from a hamstring problem.

The television broadcast team cited Sky Sports Italia as the report’s source.

Italy and Paraguay remain drawn 1-1 in the 72nd minute.

Roque Santa Cruz has come on for Nelson Haedo Valdez.
