Orientation: Getting to Know You

It’s been about a year now since I first began writing for Fearless Leader at NASCAR Ranting and Raving. Over that time, I’ve seen several different posters (including myself) come and go, maintaining a costant pace while stedily watching 4Ever3 grow his operations.
It’s been over a year and a half since the site’s move to SB Nation and that’s given all of us the oppurtunity to mass together and grow as NASCAR and motosport fans, and that’s really what it’s all about.
So what I’d like to do is to make today’s post all about getting to know you and what you want out of NASCAR and NASCAR blogging. After all, NRAR isn’t about any one writer, poster or commenter, it’s a society of fans gathering to talk about their favorite drivers, teams or tracks. And oftentimes, it’s also a place to rant and rave. Point being, without stepping on Fearless Leader’s toes, I see Ranting and Raving as the wave of the future; the modern day garage and a digital watercooler, mixing the best of NASCAR with the highest goals of SportsBlog Nation.
My personal reasons for this are two-fold. I want to know how you guys think. I’ve tackled several topics in 12 months at the blog and I’ve received mixed results towards my intention. Some of you prefer straight racing news whilst others enjoy reading NASCAR commentary. With luck, NRAR efforts towards the best of both worlds.
So without further ado, here are five burning questions for our ever-growing grounds at Ranting and Raving. If you enjoy NASCAR and you see potential in this place; this post is for you! Don’t let me down.
