College World Series: Goeddel Pitches Scoreless Seventh, UCLA Still Leads 1-0 Over South Carolina

Reliever Erik Goeddel pitched a scoreless seventh inning, dodging a two-out single by Christian Walker. UCLA takes their 1-0 lead into the top of the eighth inning over South Carolina. Freshman Tyler Webb started the inning for the Gamecocks to start the inning, but has been replaced by John Taylor after recording one out.
