Chris Johnson Is ‘Every Coach’s Dream’, So ‘Move Get Out Da Way’

In the latest edition of Sporting News, the cover story looks at Titans’ running back Chris Johnson, a long overdue close-up for the most electrifying player in football. And Johnson’s not shy about self-promotion:

“I made a decision to change my nickname to Every Coach’s Dream. I feel like I’m the best player in the NFL. What more can a coach want from the position? You’ve still got people debating—is it Chris Johnson or Adrian Peterson? No way possible there should be a debate about who’s the best running back in the NFL.”

Damn. Chris doesn’t mean to toot his own horn, but beep!

But as good as Johnson’s been on the field—“Every Coach’s Dream” is not too far off, actually—there’s still something missing. Or, someone, to be exact. Just ask the man, himself:

I'm up late wishing someone was laying next to me but it was just my pillow tricked me. where is dat special someone?less than a minute ago via ÜberTwitter

Not that CJ is sweatin’ it in the meantime. Until he finds that special someone, Every Coach’s Dream is just riding ‘round the city, doin’ his thing. Whachu’ know about it, Adrian Peterson?

Bout to ride round the city in the donk today so move get out da way luda voiceless than a minute ago via UberTwitter

Ahhh, yes. Sometimes I feel like Twitter was created just for athletes. With that, time for a break from blogging for the afternoon. ‘Bout to ride ‘round the city in the donk, son.
