↵He actually spelled it, “hold,” and if that’s what he really meant, I can empathize. I don’t really “get” the Hold Steady either. Anyway, Armstrong’s appreciation of Bon Iver marks his descent into entry-level hipsterism. Look for him to ride the Tour de France on a fixed-gear bike, cards from alley-cat races wedged between its spokes.
