↵↵It’s a shame, really. The LeBron James Sweepstakes is a very important story, but at this stage it’s more of an overworn meme than anything else. The President offers banal commentary on the situation, and everyone eats it up. Dozens of businesses from different cities are trying desparately to out-gimmick each other, rendering each one of these sub-stories insignificant.
