2010 U.S. Women’s Open: Paula Creamer Enters Round 4 With 3-Stroke Lead

Weather has left its mark on the U.S. Women’s Open this year. Round 2 was halted due to weather, and on Saturday, Round 3 was suspended on account of darkness. This, coupled with some slow play, frustrated at least one of the golfers involved:

Phew, I'm glad I don't have to play behind Yokomine today. She's slower than trying to bake a pie with a lighter.

Paula Creamer remains in control, having shot under par in round 3 to bring her to 1-under for the tournament. If she can hold on, it will make her ninth career LPGA Tour win.

Within an hour, the final pairings will tee off. Here is how the top of the leaderboard looks entering the final round:

1. Paula Creamer (-1)
2. Wendy Ward (+2)
T3. Amy Yang (+3)
T3. Christina Kim
T3. Suzann Petterson
