Dale Earnhardt Jr. To Make Appearance In Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone‏

MARTINSVILLE, VA (July 16, 2010) – AMP Energy driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. will take time to visit with fans and answer some of their questions before the TUMS Fast Relief 500 at Martinsville Speedway on October 24.
Earnhardt will make an appearance in the Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone sponsored by AMP Energy just a couple of hours before the start of the TUMS Fast Relief 500, the sixth race in the Chase for the Sprint Cup.
“We always feel fortunate when we get Dale Jr. for our Fan Zone. Obviously the fans love him and he does such a great job in the question-and-answer session,” said Martinsville Speedway President W. Clay Campbell. “He makes them feel very at ease, he’s got a great sense of humor talking with them and he provides a lot of information.”
Earnhardt’s appearance will be an emceed question and answer session. There will not be any autograph sessions.
Admission to the Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone sponsored by AMP Energy is $99 and includes pastries, juice and coffee for breakfast, lunch buffet, four beverage coupons for Pepsi products, AMP Energy drinks and beer (Patrons 21 and older). It also includes a Pre-Race Track Pass.
The Pre-Race Track Pass allows fans to stroll on the track along the frontstretch from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
The $99 price does not include a ticket to the TUMS Fast Relief 500.
The Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone will open at 8 a.m. on October 24.
The pastries will be served at 8 a.m. with the lunch buffet beginning at 10:30 am.
