Oosthuizen, meanwhile, birdied the same hole. This gives him an eight-stroke lead with six holes left to play, and only a truly bizarre turn of events could deny Oosthuizen a win at this legendary course.

On Sunday, the 2010 British Open (ESPN, 8:00 A.M. Eastern) comes to an end at the Old Course in St. Andrew’s, as Louis Oosthuizen will try to parlay his tournament lead into not only his first major win, but his first PGA Tour win.
