The Witness Mobile Meets the End of the Road

The Witness Mobile Meets the End of the Road↵At some point you might’ve seen Austin Briggs’ garish whip known as the Witness Mobile. It became something of a blog fixture, first as the car known as an homage to LeBron James and later as a tool in the effort to keep him in Cleveland. (You can see an example of the latter in the video below.)↵

↵Now this 1987 Cutlass Supreme, and its heap of customizations, is available on Craigslist for just $23,000.↵↵⇥The Vehicle itself is a 1987 Cutlass Supreme. It has 24” rock starr rims, Vertical doors, duel exhaust, checkered pillow seats, full sized automatic sunroof, LED MVP signs in the doors and a great sound system. The hood and fenders are covered with thousands of signatures from fans, and the trunk has signatures from various Sports figures and Cleveland legends.↵↵↵Who wouldn’t want a 1987 Cutlass Supreme signed by the likes of Josh Cribbs, Bernie Kosar and Eddie George among others? I can’t imagine anyone in that area code, or even the state, would want that car now. Maybe it’s time to treat that car the same way everyone treated their jerseys and destroy it. (Or slap a fresh coat of paint on it and donate it to a charity that could actually use it.)↵
