You know what reliever Dustin Nippert finds funny? Taking a screaming line drive off the side of his head. As evidenced in the video below, Nippert -- following a few moments of shock -- laughs as he gets up and walks off the field under his own power after being hit in the skull by a five ounce rock traveling over 100 mph:

↵CT scans after the game were negative, meaning Nippert’s chuckle wasn’t the result of brain damage.
↵Manager Ron Washington said that Nippert’s hard head will earn him a couple days off:
↵↵“We’ll probably give him a couple days off, just because you want to be careful when a guy gets hit in the head, but he’s OK,” Rangers manager Ron Washington said. “It looked a lot worse than it actually was.”
