Percy Harvin was carted off the field earlier today, despite nobody being able to figure out precisely why; even offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell didn’t notice Harvin had left before being informed so.

Well, we can cancel the Percy Harvin Catastrophe Watch, as Harvin is already back in pads and practicing. There has still been no official word from the Vikings on the particulars of his injury, and now there’s even less reason to expect such word to be forthcoming.

Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio points to some odd circumstances in the case of Percy Harvin being carted off at training camp: Apparently, no one noticed he was hurt.Florio cites Judd Zulgad’s notes, the best account of the bizarre injury:
