Mo Williams Did Not Handle LeBron’s Decision Very Well

↵LeBron James’ decision to sign with the Miami Heat was an emotional moment. Apart from the fact that he was spurning Cleveland to join a new championship favorite in South Beach, it was the end of a long, stressful period for NBA fans everywhere. Even the people at the Boys and Girls Club groaned, and they were the recipients of a considerable charitable donation.↵
↵
↵However, we usually expect some degree of professionalism from players and executives in the wake of such a monumental decision. Dan Gilbert’s outburst of a Comic Sans-fonted letter was an instant classic the moment it was published, both for the style in which it was written and the simple shock of seeing the owner of a professional sports team act like a six-year-old who’d had his ice cream stolen.↵

Just check these missives from the Twitter feed of guard Mo Williams (NSFW on his actual page):↵↵⇥Well f---, I gotta be honest. I’m sick as a dog. I feel like my heart has been pulled out. But I’m happy for my friend. S---------↵⇥

↵⇥I know we all angry, mad, disappointed. But remember that’s a triple double walking. Let’s pray he have a change of heart 2nite. It is the The night of the unexpected. Who am I kidding ↵⇥
↵⇥
↵⇥I’m still can’t believe he gone y’all. 4real no bs. I think we all took it for granted and thought it was a nobrainer and he was resighning ↵⇥

↵⇥The person that I feel most sorry for is mike brown. He is a really good coach. ↵↵Continue reading at The Baseline↵
