2010 PGA Championship: Vijay Singh, Jim Furyk, JB Holmes Making Moves; Woods Improves To 3-Under

The second round of the PGA Championship is nearing completion at Whistling Straits. The projected cut is at 1-over.

Jim Furyk and JB Holmes made the moves of the second round finale. Both are in at 6-under and two off of the lead of Matt Kuchar. Tiger Woods has also rallied from a shaky finish last night and restart this morning to get to 3-under for the championship through 17 holes. He may have been inspired by the ’04 PGA winner here, Vijay Singh, who is 6-over on his round today and now 5-over for the tournament.

The leaders will tee off at 2:45 p.m. ET, but play gets underway at 12:45 p.m. ET in groups of three, off of the 1st and 10th tees.
