Week 1 Fantasy Football Scouting Reports: Philadelphia Eagles

From Bleeding Green Nation:

The Eagles host the Packers this weekend in a game that matches up two of the NFC’s best offenses’ last season. While the Packers’ offense looks set to pick up where they left off, the Eagles offense has a distinctly different look with first year starter Kevin Kolb at the helm.
For the Eagles fantasy weapons, the game against the Packers could go either way. For one, the Packers are bringing in a severely secondary in to Philly to face a team with good receivers who love to chuck the ball. On the other hand, the Eagles offensive line has been suspect all preseason and will have their starters together for just the first time. Given the struggles of the offensive line, I’d sit Kevin Kolb this week. However, given how thin the Packers’ secondary is there’s a decent chance DeSean Jackson slips by them once for a long TD so I’d start him for sure.
I think it’s going to be wise sit any defense against the Packers this year.
