Wisconsin's up on San Jose State, but the Badgers aren't celebrating: Senior wide receiver David Gilreath suffered a nasty helmet-to-helmet hit from the Spartan's Peyton Thompson while catching a punt and will not return. 
Gilreath's injury is being characterized as a concussion in the press box.
